Mat Yoga

Mat based classes are typically designed around vinyasa flow. With everyone’s lives running at full tilt, finding the time to squeeze in a yoga class can be challenging. So, unless you’re specifically coming to a restorative class, you can expect to leave a mat class having worked up a sweat! Working always within your own abilities, you will create a strong AND flexible body. Classes that are designed to be playful whilst also challenging, will leave you with a smile on your face, a sense of achievement and greater calm. You can and you will!!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


Strength and Flexibility Flow

Designed to build both flexibility and strength, this is a dynamic flow and includes optional inversions. Alternatives are provided if you don’t wish to invert. Class will always include some passive stretching and  savasana.


Rejuvenating Flow

A gentle class that includes breath work, strength creation via static Hatha poses, a little bit of flow and a relaxing savasana.


Escape Restorative

Sleeping with props! Using gentle stretches with props, we’ll completely relax. With very limited movement, this class is all about releasing tension – physically and mentally. The perfect antidote to today’s hectic lives.
