Complete Flow
Sunday 23 June: 9am – 11am
Because life doesn’t always allow for a daily 2 hour flow, but… It’s really nice to take the time to go that little bit deeper, to give yourself the space to think, to feel, to breathe. So, once or twice a month, why not set aside a little bit of me time? Scheduled to form part of a chilled Sunday, this class will set you up perfectly however you choose to spend the rest of the day.
Class Descriptions
Strength & Flexibility Flow
A stronger class perfect for athletes with a good level of base fitness. Cyclists, runners and riders – this is your opportunity to loosen the muscles your favourite sport loves to tighten. Designed to build both flexibility and strength, this is a dynamic flow and includes optional inversions. Alternatives are provided if you don’t wish to invert. Class will always include wind down and savasana.
Workshop Wednesday
A mix of flow combined with workshopping the technique/pose of the day. A chance to really explore something that you’re struggling with, just not sure how to do or simply to advance within the pose or technique. Clients’ choice each week. Class will always include wind down and savasana.
Rejuvenating Flow
A gentle class that includes breath work, strength creation via static Hatha poses, a little bit of flow and a relaxing savasana.
No prior yoga experience is required but please note that the morning classes are faster paced. Yoga mats and props are provided but you are welcome to bring your own mat. All you need to bring is a playful attitude, a willingness to try some new shapes and some water 🙂
Complete Flow
A 2 hour complete practice. Whilst modifications will always be provided, this is a more challenging class as we will move continuously for longer. The longer format allows plenty of time for physical asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation.
